You may remember that one year ago we adopted Bella! An adorable little Rhodesian ridgeback/Amercian staffordshire terrier mix, formally known as Rose. When we adopted her, they thought she was about three months old - not knowing her exact birthday, we are decided to celebrate her adoption day.
Look at how cute and tiny she was. It was so fun looking at the pictures from when we brought her home from the Cedar Bend Humane Society on Christmas Eve 2010. It just doesn't feel like she grew so much.
She still acts like a puppy - so happy and so excited to be with our family. She is still a quiet dog and only barks when she wants to play. Mia was quite timid when we first brought Bella home, however she and Bella are now the best of friends. Mia loves her so much, always sits with her on her dog bed. The girls do tend to pick on Bella once in a while, but Bella doesn't seem to mind. She is fantastic with the girls!
For her Adoption Anniversary Day gift, the girls and I made her some delicious doggy treats!

And some sweet Apple Dog Treats (Bella LOVES apples - we think these will be her favorite!)
Bella fits in with our familiy so perfectly - we love having her here and (as you can see by all the treats we made her) is one spoiled pup!
